WE Love To Be Together
The Be In Christ Church places a high value on community. As a result, throughout the calendar year, we host inspirational development events where we learn and grow together.
Every year, we plan four key events. Each spring we provide an annual general meeting to update our churches on financial budgets and to celebrate the impact of our churches. As well, we host two LEAD events that pastors are expected to attend as part of their ongoing development. We also host an annual fall orientation retreat for all new pastors to our denomination.

LEAD
Considering the changing cultural landscape and the new realities facing the church, we recognize the need to invest in our pastoral leaders. We are committed to provide ongoing training opportunities to help our pastors be effective kingdom leaders.
Annual General Meeting
Each spring we gather to celebrate the work of the BIC church. During our gathering we take time to worship God together. We also share stories of the transformation that has happened though the local churches and the collective work of the BIC church. All are welcome.
New Pastors Orientation
To welcome new pastors into the BIC family we provide an orientation retreat each fall. At the retreat we share important ideas and information about the history and theology of the BIC and our vision for what it means to be a BIC pastor.
