Opportunities

This position is approximately 10–15 hours per week (negotiable), with the potential for growth as the congregation develops.

Mosaic BIC Community Church is a warm, ethnically diverse congregation of approximately 21 families meeting in the heart of Richmond Hill. Rooted in the Anabaptist and Jesus-centred values of the Be In Christ Church of Canada (BIC), they are committed to building authentic community, growing disciples of Jesus, and serving their neighbourhood. They rent a space out of the Community Church of Richmond Hill (CRC), with whom they have a close partnership and collaborate on joint
ministry teams (e.g., blended worship teams and kids/youth ministry teams).

Mosaic is seeking a co-vocational Pastor who loves Jesus and is passionate about discipleship, pastoral care, and helping a small church discern and pursue God’s vision for its future. They sense God leading them into a season of renewal and growth, and are looking for a pastor who can provide spiritual leadership while equipping and empowering others to
serve.
