The BIC provides important congregational services to our local churches to lighten the burden on each church and the volunteers who serve. 

We value the financial well-being of our clergy and staff and consider payroll, pension and group benefits to be essential services so that our pastors can know their family is being cared for while they focus on the responsibility of leading their church.

PAYROLL

We partner with ADP and offer free payroll services to our local BIC churches.

The service includes direct deposit, statements of earnings and deductions, CRA remittances, year-end T4s and summary reporting, employee benefit rate changes, and records of employment.

PENSION

If you are set up with a pension account with the BIC, the Canada Life Access Portal provides you with full information about your pension investments.

GROUP BENEFITS

The Sun Life Portal gives you access to your current benefits program and your Health Spending Account.
