Mark Wessner, PhD, is President of MB Seminary and founder of Leading Well, an executive coaching practice that serves leaders in ministry, nonprofit, and marketplace settings. Before becoming president in 2016, he spent ten years as a pastor at Westwood Church and thirteen years as a regional manager with the provincial government in land development. He has taught at public, private, and Christian universities and has served as a chaplain in hospital, prison, and university sports settings.
Mark is a Birkman Certified Professional and the author of Finding Leaders for Tomorrow’s Churches and The Four Languages of a Leader. He writes and speaks on leadership development, organizational health, and spiritual formation, and is passionate about helping leaders bring biblical studies and leadership together in the local church and beyond.
